The NBE Method

I wish I could tell you “this ONE thing will grow your breasts to an H cup!” but unfortunately it doesn’t work like that. Yeah, no doubt that some people will get lucky with a substance or regimen, but many do not, and will end up wasting their time.

NBE regimens come in all shapes and sizes. Some people focus squarely on pumping, whereas others will focus purely on hormones. In general, the best approach will be the minimum amount required to see change. You can always add more to your regimen later—after evaluating how things are working for you to begin with.

Your approach should be—in order—as follows:

  1. Address your deficiencies and imbalances. Whether this is hormonal or nutritional.
  2. Get a nice oil and start the habit of massaging immediately. Place your oil somewhere you will have easy access to it, like near your bed.
    • I place mine in front of my shower room so that I may do a massage before showering, and then wash off the oil with warm water with another massage.
    • Do not underestimate the power of massage.
    • See here for proper massage techniques.
  3. If you have privacy in your home, look into breast pumps. Not the kind for lactation, but full domes that cover the entire breast.
  4. Only after you have addressed all of your issues in step 1 above, then experiment with increasingly higher levels of estrogenic and progestogenic substances, and prolactin.
    • I prefer hops and fenugreek as estrogenic substances. PM is also good, but hops is more mild. However, hops doesn’t work for everyone due to differences in metabolism.
    • Progesterone cream or progestin-only birth control are good options to balance out estrogen. I prefer progesterone suppositories, but that results in a strong dose.
    • Don’t worry about prolactin causing lactation. With enough estrogen and progesterone you will not lactate. Lactation is not easy, it takes hard work. But prolactin can disrupt the luteal phase in some people.

Lactation and Prolactin

Some people are interested in lactation play and/or using lactation methods to mature the breast, develop lobules, and grow breast tissue. The risk with this is that after one finishes lactating, they may undergo a process called “involution,” where the body reabsorbs the milk glands since they are no longer needed. This does not happen to everyone.

To learn how to induce lactation, see this article.

Celebrity Regimens

Below is a collection of regimens that have gained recognition within the NBE community. Keep in mind that what has been effective for others might not necessarily be effective for you.

There are other notable celebrities as well, such as AlpineUdders and Lotus, but unfortunately their regimens were not clear to me to feel confident hosting them here. If you know of any famous regimens I should add to this list, please contact me, I would love to add anyone or anything I missed.
