A few disclaimers first:
Do not try any of this if you’re still a teenager! I wouldn’t even recommend it if you’re in your early twenties
If you fall into that category, I know that’s not what you want to hear, but trust me! Your body is still changing and your hormones are settling. Experimenting with this stuff at that stage could mess with your health in ways that are definitely NOT worth larger breasts. Plus, there are many, many women who still grow up-to and into their 30’s. NBE will always be an option to try later on if you choose. Please don’t put your health and safety at risk for this.
Stop what you’re using if it causes any negative side effects!
You can always start back up and try something new. I spent a lot of time switching up what I was taking through trial and error. Never force yourself to stick to something and suffer bad side effects because you want results. It’s not worth putting your body through unnecessary discomfort, imbalance, or stress.
Also, I took a really simple approach. I played it pretty loose with adhering to supplement schedules and things like that. There’d occasionally be long breaks where I wasn’t taking anything at all, either because I forgot or just got lazy. Don’t stress, you don’t have to be too regimental.
The most important thing is: Listen to your body! Follow what it tells you. I got my results primarily by checking in with my body and adjusting my routine when needed.
Alright. First, here’s my current daily routine:
-1,500mg of MSM with a vitamin C supplement taken in the morning
If you’ve never had MSM before, start with a smaller dose or it will wreck your stomach! I know from experience lol, it took me about 8 months to comfortably build up to my current dose.
Always take it with vitamin C
Make sure the MSM you get is made with OptiMSM. It should be listed on the label. I use the capsules made by Doctor’s Best
-A glass of soy milk with a bit of flaxseed oil added in the afternoon
I don’t really measure it out, just a full glass with a teeny splash of oil. Use any quality flaxseed oil intended for consumption- you should have to refrigerate it after opening.
-Another 1,500mg of MSM + Vitamin C in the evening and 500mg of a hopps supplement
Hopps are the only phytoestrogenic supplement I’ve tried with zero negative side effects. Plus, it’s a mild sleep aid
MSM can cause some intense dreams that a lot of people find unpleasant, so try and avoid that by taking it earlier in the evening.
Massage daily with flaxseed oil
Okay, this one’s a bit of a process. I tried flaxseed oil when I first started NBE and didn’t get any results until I used this tip from breastnexus.com:
You have to swab your nipples with isopropyl alcohol before massaging in the oil. I also use a quick spritz of witch hazel on the rest of my breasts and wipe it off. It clears any excess body oil so the flaxseed absorbs more effectively.Once you massage in the oil anywhere you want to see results, let it sit for a bit before wiping it off. I don’t massage for more than maybe like 5 minutes because I get bored lol, but I think letting it sit is what makes a difference.
Okay.
So.
I started doing massages using that method barely a week ago, and it’s legit. I feel like I blew up overnight, and I know it’s not the usual extra heft caused by my cycle. I’m for sure going to stick with this and see what happens.
And, that’s pretty much it. It’s been over a year since I started NBE and it’s been wild seeing these changes. Since I know people will ask, no, I don’t know my current bra size. I haven’t bought a bra in a while. I usually wear a good quality sports bra to keep everything in place. I started between a B/C, and when I tried on my DD the other day I was spilling out.
This post is already too long lol, but here are the other herbs/supplements I tried and my reactions:
-Fenugreek: The first herb I started with. I got some good results but dropped it when I wanted to try other things. I could have picked it back up again I guess, but I feel like I have a good balance of things that are working and don’t want to mess with that
-Saw Palmetto: I don’t remember exactly why I dropped this one? Nothing against it
-Red Maca: Good results, but too many intense side effects. I became incredibly moody and irritable. Plus, I gained a bit of weight that only went away when I stopped taking it
Pueraria Mirifica: NO. Just, no. No, no. NO. This stuff absolutely wrecked me. I know a lot of people swear by it, and I’m glad it can have positive results, but I was miserable using it. Screwed up my cycle BAD, on top of a lot of other garbage reactions. Legit was scared for my health while using it. Approach with caution!
