Concise and complete

First and foremost:

before you grow your breasts,
you need to know the five tenets of NBE

1. There is no ‘magic pill’

Bee pollen. Massage. Breast creams. Miracle tea. The naysayers are right. It’s all marketing and predatory. When you were 16 and mom said massage won’t work, she was right. Because no method works in isolation—unless that was the one and only thing your body needed. Massage does work. But it needs to be paired with other methods.

2. A ‘best regimen’ doesn’t exist

It’s tempting to see someones success and want to try what they did; or to ask everybody what works the best. It doesn’t work that way. Everyone is different; everyone’s bodies are different. The reason they grew won’t be the reason you grow. Naturally we look for inspiration, but we need to make educated decisions—and not based on a fad.

3. Nutrition is critical

Too many people focus on hormones. But you can’t send workers (hormones) to build a house without materials (nutrition). Calories don’t cut it. Breasts need omega3s, collagen, numerous minerals like zinc and iodine. Don’t neglect nutrition.

4. Hormone balance is the goal

You may not know it, but your hormones are very likely not optimal for NBE—otherwise you’d be growing already. ‘More hormones’ does not mean ‘more growth.’ We need a healthy balance of estrogen, progesterone, and prolactin. That’s not all. Thyroid, androgen, and adrenal hormones also need to be addressed for breast growth.

5. NBE is about addressing deficiency

The “magic pill” doesn’t work, because slim chance it addresses your deficiency. Another persons regimen won’t work—their deficiency is not yours. Nutritional deficiency is far too common. Unbalanced hormones are a form of deficiency.

Focus on finding your deficiency.

Far too many NBE resources are predatory.

Tired of sites pushing sketchy products, affiliate links, or ads disguised as advice? This isn’t one of them.

Here, you’ll find a growing archive of community-sourced knowledge and my own hundreds of hours of endocrinology research—all available to you for free. No catches. No “purchase my e-book.” No “trust me bro.” Just transparent, well-sourced information, with links back to the original community contributors who deserve the credit.

That said, I’m extremely active in the Reddit and Discord communities, and many have asked me for personalized guidance. So I’ve started to offer coaching for $5/month. Think of it as buying me lunch while I help you grow breasts with confidence.
