What to expect from your journey
You message me via this Discord link or this Telegram link.
I answer any immediate questions you have. This often takes about 3 to 4 hours.
You fill out a questionnaire that I’ve prepared to help me understand your situation a bit better.
I followup with some questions.
I come back to you with a personalized regimen based on our discussion, and we calibrate on how you think it will work for you.
[Optional] Some people decide to order hormone tests. We wait for those tests to arrive.
Your supplements arrive, and you start on an entry level dosing schedule to gauge your bodies reaction to the plan.
We monitor your reaction throughout the month.
We titrate up doses, or otherwise adjust based on how your body reacted to the regimen.
Repeat steps #8 and #9 until we find your groove.
Everyone is different, but this is somewhat what you might expect from working together. Everyone has different results, different needs, and a different speed at which results are obtained. However, the discovery process is relatively similar.
It’s not uncommon for us to dramatically switch gears mid-process, but that’s OK! I will work with your needs and what you are able to tolerate. I’m here as a guide to help you make decisions faster and with confidence. Ultimately, you are always in control!
