Breast Enhancement Massage

Massage is an extremely important part of breast growth. However, we are constantly bombarded with people saying it doesn’t work. Again, as I’ve said before—they aren’t wrong. Massage won’t grow your breasts on its own. However, coupled with a healthy NBE environment, it becomes a critical part of NBE. It does work.

Massage helps in two areas:

  • Increasing blood flow to the breasts. This will carry your hormones and substances in your regimen to your breasts.
  • Supporting lymphatic function and lymphatic drainage from the breasts.

Adipose tissue typically receives limited blood flow because it has minimal need for it. Have you ever touched your love handles or buttocks and found them to be cold? This is the reason why. When medical professionals administer injections, they can choose areas with low blood flow, such as subcutaneous fat, or areas with high blood flow, like intramuscular tissue.

While the breasts are somewhat different, they generally also have insufficient blood flow. Exercise and massage can help mitigate this issue.

It’s best to warm the breasts prior to massaging them. You can use a warm cloth, a microwavable gel pack, or an electric heating pad—essentially any suitable warming tool. You may massage with your hands or employ a warm apparatus, such as a therapeutic hot stone or said gel pack; which is appropriate since the breasts are typically oiled and cloth won’t work.

Target areas

The images above show the blood network in the breasts. Remember this network as you look into massage regimens and notice how a lot of the massage techniques help force blood through the arteries. This should be your goal, as this is crucial. Over time, the arteries and vessels will expand and be able to carry more blood passively.

The lymphatic system looks similar, however in this case you want to work on unclogging the nodes that you see depicted here. Videos below will explain how.

Massage frequency

Make sure to do these massages as much as possible. At least three times per week. You should do them with an oil or cream that synergizes with your regimen. However, honestly, the topical you use is less important than the massage itself.

Some examples:

SubstancePurpose
Progesterone CreamProgesterone
Flaxseed OilEstrogenic
Lavender OilEstrogenic
Emu OilOmega 3-6-9
Adifyline (AH-38)PPARy adipogenisis
VolufilinePPARy adipogenisis
DHEA TopicalComplex. See here.

I highly recommend doing these massages with flaxseed oil, and a good amount of lavender essential oil mixed in. It’s common that people report that the breasts respond very well and very quickly to this. Do not use essential oil by itself, use something like flaxseed oil as a carrier oil.

You should also wipe the breast and nipple with rubbing alcohol to dry out the skin. This will allow the oil or cream that you use to absorb very well for best effect. Some people also use dermarollers to allow topicals to penetrate deeper.

Flaxseed oil is the most popular choice in the community, with fenugreek oil coming in a close second. However, oils can stain bras and bedsheets. To avoid this, I prefer to keep my flaxseed oil in the shower room or just outside it, so I remember to apply it daily before showering.

You don’t need to massage the oil for an extended period. Simply apply it and massage until the oil is fully absorbed into the skin and friction returns—this usually takes no more than five minutes. Since I keep it in front of the shower, I can then start the water, which will make the skin slippery again. I take this opportunity to massage once more while rinsing off the oil with warm water. The warmth of the water is also greatly synergistic with massage.

Massage Techniques

There are many popular massages in the NBE community.
The most commonly cited are:

  • The Chi massage
  • The Deer massage
  • The Japanese massage & fat brushing
Variations of the Japanese massage include:
    • Chiyomilk’s massage
    • Yumi Kane’s massage

Japanese breast massage

The Japanese massage and its variants are probably the most popular, so let’s cover that first. The following video was aired on Japanese TV and is the basis of the technique. The book (amazon-jp link) featured in the thumbnail is the author, Kyoko Tose (instagram). She also has produced a dual DVD set (amazon-jp), and was featured on a few other TV shows as well.

Note that the Japanese technique focuses a lot on fat brushing. Many feel fat brushing is dubious, but I’ve seen many people say there were undeniable results. Myself, I don’t believe you can move fat by brushing it – but the blood stream does contain stem cells, and I believe you can move those away from areas and into new areas. This topic is also very closely related to “tissue migration” away from the armpit that many women report when wearing proper bras.

A more concise explanation of the Japanese massage by a Vietnamese channel is below. Note that they don’t do the “Shinpo” point faithfully to the original technique.

Chiyomilk’s breast massage

A celebrity in the NBE community, Chiyomilk, also had a Youtube channel. However, it was likely banned for nudity. Someone was able to save one of her videos, as shown below.

Yumi Kane’s breast massage

Yumi Kane, an NBE coach from givemesomeboobs.com, also has a video that is popular in the NBE community. It is simply a variation of the above techniques, generally combining Kyoko Tose’s technique with Chiomilk’s technique. I don’t host the video here out of respect for her operation.

The Chi breast massage

Other massage techniques involve the Chi and Deer massage. The Chi massage is really simple, and simply involves rotating the breasts about 300 times. Like, literally grabbing the entire breast and pushing it around in circles. The video below is not the Chi massage, but it’s nearly identical.

The Deer breast massage

The Deer massage is a little different, and most people perform it for its spiritual and meditative purposes. They rely on the connection between the breasts and the vagina, uterus, and ovaries. While performing the technique, one would push their heel into their crotch and use that stimulation to maintain the connection.

The video below is a good example of the Deer massage.

Other massage techniques

Similar to the Deer massage, another spiritual technique is the Taoist breast massage. A few more miscellaneous videos: a chinese ladies breast massage, acupressure breast massage, and a twisting breast massage (I do this one often because I have very dense breast tissue).

But most importantly, we can’t forget the kitten massage:

Lymphatic massage technique

If you prefer to focus on the lymph nodes, here is a video the focuses exclusively on the lymph nodes surrounding the breast:
